We kept this as basic as possible: a simple list with simple words.
Easy to understand.
Easy to follow.
Just do it!

Busy entrepreneurs prioritize self-care & healthy eating.
Do these 10 things every day and have a healthier Fall.
1.) Start your day with intention.
Burnout and long hours go hand in hand. Mindfulness start your day with positivity.
Affirmations, mantras, daily planning, reading your dream board, journaling, and starting your day with intention will eliminate feeling stressed right out of the gate.

2.) Don’t skip breakfast.
Entrepreneurs must maximize their brainpower and breakfast boosts it! Breakfast improves your concentration, your attention span, and retention. Skip breakfast on a day when decreased productivity is on the agenda.

3.) Drink lots of water.
Drinking water is vital to your health. Your daily routine includes a full water bottle of your choice and sipping regularly. Dehydration happens quickly. In addition to thermoregulation and numerous bodily needs you may not immediately notice, you will notice grogginess, your back hurting, headaches, and mood changes.
Drink water. Drink enough. Then drink some more.

Unplug from technology!
4.) Avoid stress.
Easier said than done, I get it. But avoid what you can and manage stress before it manages you. Negative high-stress and entrepreneurship do not have to go hand in hand.
Sometimes taking action is about taking time away from the action.
Delegating tasks, using a weekly calendar and notifications for mental clarity can all save valuable time and manage your workload with less stress. It also fosters trust and helps build relationships with your team members, as well as family & friends.

5.) Eat slowly.
Stop rushing through while you are attending meetings. Help ensure balance and good choices by giving yourself time to take a workday break and eat without rushing. Don’t fall into the trap!
It’s an opportunity to ease your mind and body. Meet the demands of your business while also setting boundaries to meet the demands of your body.

Make Time for Good Food!
6.) Reduce sodium intake.
Feel less overwhelmed by reducing your sodium intake. Read labels. Your body does need sodium to function but it’s easy to get too much – especially with processed foods. Too much sodium leads to the #1 killers in America: heart disease and stroke.

7.) Cut out fast food & sugary soda.
Treats as part of your regularly balanced diet are fine, but consuming as a lifestyle? No.
You already know this.

8.) Eat 5 servings of fresh fruits & veggies.
Real food. Eat an apple. Keep healthy snacks and the makings of a nutritious meal handy. Skip the bread and have chicken salad on slices of celery or stuffed in tiny peppers. You have options.
Look how big this section is in your grocery store! Buy frozen without sauces and added salt. If you are buying canned, you have to drink the water to ingest any actual nutrition, so skip the can, and eat fresh.

Take breaks!
9.) Take the stairs.
Get movement in. Park farther away. Make getting in some forms of exercise a priority. Do pushups against the wall. Put a kettlebell on your desk. Stretch. Take the stairs.
Your physical and mental health need steps. Running a business and running away from your desk don’t count. Feeling overwhelmed from fast-paced days does not burn extra calories.
Parking farther away and taking the steps makes staying healthy a little bit easier.

10.) Follow a bedtime routine.
It’s important to allow your busy day to end. End it peacefully. Make getting more sleep during the short days a priority. Use essential oils. Soothe your soul! Unwind. Use your relaxing and restful bedtime routine as a mindful way to mentally and physically recharge.

Entrepreneurs should be as passionate about their mental and physical health as they are passionate about their businesses! Maintain a healthy outlook & Stay Positive.
You got this.
